tbajee Terms and Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the tbajee platform and its users. By using the tbajee website, mobile application or any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to all these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

In this agreement, "user", "you" or "your" refers to any person who accesses or uses the tbajee platform. "tbajee", "platform", "we" or "our" refers to the entity providing tbajee services.

These terms are available in both Bangla and English. If there is any conflict between the two versions, the Bangla version will apply. You can learn more about the organisation and its activities on the tbajee About Us page.

Account Registration

To open an account on tbajee, the following conditions must be met:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping the account password secure is the user's own responsibility. Login details must not be shared with any third party.
• Transferring, selling or giving the account to someone else for their use is completely prohibited.
• A valid mobile number is required for account registration, which must be confirmed via OTP verification.

Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change, such as your mobile number or email address, you must notify the tbajee customer support team immediately. If any transaction issue arises due to incorrect or outdated information, the responsibility lies entirely with the user.

Account Security

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your password is lost, contact tbajee as soon as possible via 24/7 live chat or email. tbajee will not be responsible for any loss resulting from negligence.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

tbajee reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card (NID) or passport may need to be submitted for verification.

tbajee reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until age verification is complete. If it is proven that a user created an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Methods and Limits

tbajee currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large transactions may be reviewed for security purposes.

• Deposits are generally added to the account within a few minutes.
• The mobile wallet used at the time of deposit must be registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits from a third party's mobile number are not permitted.
• If a deposit does not appear in the account due to a technical issue, please contact customer support with proof of payment.

Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used to withdraw from tbajee. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

Transaction Records

The history of all financial transactions is stored in the account dashboard. Any dispute regarding a transaction must be reported to tbajee within 30 days.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

tbajee offers bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated on the relevant offer page.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagering must be completed for the ৳1,200 bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used in your own account and cannot be transferred to another account.
• If the same person, household or mobile device attempts to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• An unclaimed bonus offer will be automatically cancelled after a set period.
• tbajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

VIP Cashback Program

tbajee's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier receives a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net loss. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Cashback is added to the account as real money.

Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Policy

All games on tbajee are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Specific rules apply to each section — slots, live casino and betting — and these are made known before a game begins.

• Once a bet or game session has started, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical fault, the result is generally determined based on the last verified state.
• In live sports betting, odds may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Sports Betting Rules

tbajee's set rules apply to all sports betting including cricket and football. In a multi-bet, if one selection is wrong the entire bet is lost. Please see the platform's help section for details on different odds formats and calculations.

Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are operated through reputable providers including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Each game has its own rules visible in the game interface. In any game — Baccarat, Roulette or Teen Patti — the dealer's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the tbajee platform. Violating these rules will result in the account being closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using software, bots or automated methods to play games or place bets.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or family.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Harassing or threatening tbajee staff.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or flaws in the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.

Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by tbajee

In cases of rule violations, fraudulent activity or security threats, tbajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice. In such cases, the balance in the account may be forfeited.

Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, submit a written request to tbajee customer support. It is advised to settle all active bets and clear any withdrawable balance before the account is closed.

Suspension and Review

If an account is under investigation, deposits, withdrawals and betting activity may be temporarily suspended during the investigation. If no rule violation is found after the investigation, the account will be reactivated.

Limitation of Liability

tbajee makes every effort to provide uninterrupted and error-free service on its platform. However, tbajee will not be liable for the following:

• If a game or bet is affected by an internet connection failure.
• If the server or system of a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) is down.
• If a user loses their login details or shares them with a third party.
• Any issue caused by the user's device or network.
• Unexpected technical incidents or force majeure situations.

As soon as any fault or issue comes to our attention, tbajee works to resolve it as quickly as possible. tbajee's maximum financial liability in any case is limited to the amount of that specific transaction.

Privacy and Data Protection

tbajee gives the highest priority to the privacy of users' personal information. Data provided during registration on the platform is transmitted and stored through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

Your information is used only for providing services, verifying identity, and security purposes. Personal information is not sold or rented to third parties. However, exceptions may apply where disclosure is required by legal obligation.
